Rewards and Recognition
The Employee of the Month Incentive Award aims to acknowledge outstanding employees who demonstrate exceptional performance, commitment, and adherence to the values and goals of the Local Government Unit of Opol.
By implementing this recognition program, we encourage employees to continuously perform at their best, inspire others to strive for excellence, and reinforce behaviors that contribute to overall workplace productivity and morale. This initiative also serves as a motivational tool to enhance employee engagement, increase job satisfaction, and cultivate a sense of belonging and appreciation among the workforce.
The program will recognize one 1st or 2nd level regular employee and one job order employee each month based on performance, work attitude, and significant contributions to their respective offices.
The system applies to all employees in the career and non-career service of the Local Government Unit of Opol. There shall be no discrimination in the giving of rewards and recognition to employees on account of gender, civil status, disability, religion, ethnicity, or political affiliation.
