Niadtong Hulyo 6-16, 2021, ang Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP) Team nga gipangulohan ni Municipal Mayor, Hon. Maximino B. Seno, nagpahigayon og RCSP Serbisyo Caravan and Immersion.

Kini gipahigayon sa kabarangayan sa Bagocboc, Cauyonan, Limonda, Nangcaon, ug Tingalan nga nahiapil sa focused geographic areas (FGA) sa National Task Force nga gikonsiderar nga RCSP target barangays.

Ang RCSP giumol aron malig-on ang Community Support Program nga inisyatibo sa militar aron nga matubag ang giila nga mga isyu sa komunidad. Kini usa ka mekanismo nga nagatulay sa LGU ug sa mga barangay aron sa paghatag sa gikinahanglang interbensyon samtang gisiguro nga mapadayon ang pag-uswag ug ang kalinaw sa tibuok nasud.

Sa lokal nga lebel, nagmalampuson ang maong programa inubanan sa Municipal Local Government Operations Officer (MLGOO) sa Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Opol. Lumacad gikan sa Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO). Gidayeg usab ni Mayor Seno ang mga tinugyan sa nagkalai-laing nasudnong ahensya nga giapilan nila ni Ms. Kimberly C. Condeza gikan sa Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) – Region 10 Misamis Oriental Cluster; Mr. Jose Regulus Ortega gikan sa Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process (OPAPP) – Northern Mindanao; ug Mr. Bryan Jay V. Cabugwason gikan sa Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) – Region 10.

Kahinumdoman nga gipagawas ni Presidente Rodrigo R. Duterte ang Executive Order (EO) No. 70 nga nagmando sa pagpahimutang sa Whole-of-Nation Approach aron makab-ot ang malungtaron nga pakigdait, paghimo sa usa ka National Task Force aron tapuson ang lokal nga mga komunista, ug sa pagdumala sa usa ka National Peace Framework. #
